← Back to PoliciesOnce you have ordered a plastics material from DoonX LLC., we will contact you via email, phone, Whatsapp, etc. on the next working day. Our goal is to provide you with the best service, allowing you to make the most of your plastics material. Our online sales representative will review your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping method
All plastics material can be shipped to all parts of the world by sea, air, or international express logistics of DHL, FEDEX, UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling in your name, email, detailed address, product, and request form. We will contact you as soon as possible and provide complete information, including the most suitable delivery method (fast, safe, and prudent) and freight. Plastics material should first be properly packed in a fumigation-free wooden box. Usually, we deliver plastics material by ship, and sometimes, according to customer requirements, we can also deliver by air or train. When the plastics material arrives at your seaport or destination, you can use the bill of lading we provide to pick up the goods.

Shipment tracking
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the plastics material leaves our factory, your goods will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number of your shipment. We will contact you through tracking information and a website, where you can monitor your shipment.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- Custom orders and Cut To Size orders take longer than 24-48hours.
- Specialty orders that are extra long may take 2 – 8 weeks. Ask for lead time.
- If you need it by a certain date, please ask for ETA prior to placing the order
- Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or changed.
- All orders are shipped UPS/USPS/FedEx.
- All Oversized orders will be ship via freight carriers. Buyer is responsible for receiving and documenting orders for damages caused by shipment transport
- No P.O. Box addresses allowed for shipment
- All oversized items such as our acrylic sheet larger than 36” must be packed and ship through a freight carrier. You can contact us for the best possible shipping price and timeframe
- DoonX Displays reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping destination is not available through UPS/USPS/FedEx.
Damaged goods
We will carefully select our carrier based on your product is being delivered safely and politely at a reasonable price. However, sometimes the goods may be damaged. Although this is rare, customers are required to follow a simple procedure to expedite the claims process (if needed).
